1) Can I change the size after I received the goods?
a) Yes, but the postage will bare by customer.
2) How to make product inquiry?
3) I'm worried that the quality is not within my expectation.
a) Premium Dresses (Normal price range from RM40 - 100) are above the quality available in market.
b) Try to buy only one (1) pc of dress for the first transaction (premium quality and above).
4) When the goods will be posted to me?
a) We will post the goods on the next business day after we received payment.
5) Can I choose other than Pos Laju?
a) No. We have contract only with Pos Laju and it is a reliable service (so far) with us.
6) I have made payment via transfer from non Publicbank and mayabank account. Why Little Fancy House didn't post the goods on next business day?
a) Transfer via non publicbank or maybank account will clear on next business day. Hence, once we received payment we will post the day after (next business day).
7) I send email or sms inquiry to Little Fancy House but receive late reply or no reply at all.
a) We will try our best to reply your email or SMS as soon as possible.
b) If you didn't receive any reply on your order or inquiry after one (1) day, kindly resend your email or resubmit order form again.
8) Can I buy wholesale?
a) Yes, But do follow my Terms and Conditions
9) Can I make reservation on item?
a) No reservation after our confirmation. Our policy is "first pay, first serve".
b) This is to be fair for other buyers as well since the items are limited in size and quantity.
